The huts are clean, comfortable, and feel like home. The common area has a great vibe, and the breakfast and lunch menu is delicious. The location is perfect, close to Cloud 9 and the main street.

Mao Mao Surf exceeded our expectations! We got incredible value for our money with comfortable and beautifully designed boho-style huts, complete with a powerful fan, hot shower, and super comfy bed. The location was peaceful, away from the touristy areas but still conveniently close to restaurants. The staff treated us like family, giving us recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel like family, always going above and beyond to help me out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel provided bikes for rent and gave great recommendations on places to visit. The surf lessons were professionally run, and the owners were honest about which surf spots were suitable for different skill levels. The breakfast menu was small but delicious, especially the Pacific Blues acai bowl. the staff, facilities, location, and breakfast were all fantastic.

The breakfast was hands down the best on the island, and the staff, especially Ien, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I recently stayed at Mao Mao Surf for a week-long vacation. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, and everything was kept clean and tidy daily. The peaceful and chill atmosphere made it an ideal place to relax. The convenience of being able to rent scooters and book activities at the reception made exploring the area a breeze. The massages and surf classes were a definite highlight, and I highly recommend them. The option to have a delicious breakfast on-site was an added bonus. The location, while not in the busiest part of town, was easily accessible with scooters. Mao Mao Surf is a unique and wonderful place to stay, run by a passionate and friendly couple.

The huts were cute and the outdoor bathroom gave a nice Bali vibe. The common area was comfy and the staff were super helpful and funny. They had great recommendations for exploring the island and helped us with airport transfers and scooter rental. The breakfast/brunch was delicious, especially the mocha banana pancake and coconut coffee. I also enjoyed hanging out with the owner and receptionist, who really immersed us in Filipino culture. The surfing instructors were awesome too, taking us to secret spots for some epic waves.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about this place. It was a perfect stay for my first trip to Siargao.
